Ocean Logistics contract with many shipping lines in order to offer our clients a full range of transit times and discounted rate options to most world ports. In partnership with our agent network in most international regions we are able to offer seamless door to door packages.

Export

Our export operations fall into two categories:

FCL Services:

For shipments in 20' and/or 40' and even 45' containers from clients warehouse to port of export and on to vessel for shipment to destination.

LCL Services:

For smaller shipments not requiring a full container whereby Ocean Logistics consolidate several smaller shipments into a full container; and can therefore reduce the cost to the client.

Import

Importers can take advantage of our services to use our worldwide agent network to import product in FCL (full containers) or by LCL for smaller sized shipments, in exactly the same way as we do on the export services.

This is especially relevant in today’s market with most imports originating in China and the Far East.

Customs Clearance:

As a crucial part of the import process, Ocean Logistics provide dedicated customs clearance formalities with an in depth knowledge of product categorisation, duty, VAT and all other aspects involved in dealing with UK Customs.
